Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Method

If payment was made by Card / Tabby / Visa / Mastercard, the refund will be processed to the same payment method.

If payment was made by Cash on Delivery, refunds can only be issued to a UAE bank account. For this, we require your IBAN and Account Holder’s Name.


Condition of Returned Items
Once the order is collected and received at our facility, it will be inspected. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the item is found to be in its original and correct condition.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability and the item being in its original condition.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the following process:

1. Request Return – Contact us with your order details and reason for return.

2. Inspection & Refund/Exchange – Once received, your item will be inspected. If it meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed or an exchange arranged.
