Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Procedure:
Customers can exchange products from the Sky Cashmere outlet and the Online Store once within 14 days from the date of order placement within the same category.
Exchange is only possible within the same category, subject to stock availability.
In the absence of stock, Sky Cashmere will issue a coupon for the same amount.
For sale items, customers are required to pay the price difference as per the available price in the system for exchanges (If Any).
Products must be in their original, unused condition, with a price label attached and accompanied by the invoice (if Any).
All returns will undergo inspection by our Sky Cashmere Online warehouse quality control team. Items used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate an exchange or return, please get in touch with our customer services department email us at skycashmere.ae@hotmail.com, stating the order ID and the reason for the exchange.
Sky Cashmere reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if proper care instructions are not followed.
Sky Cashmere UAE will cover shipment costs for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders; otherwise, customers are responsible for return and exchange shipment costs.

 

Refund Policy: 

At Sky Cashmere, we offer refunds in the following cases:
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued to your bank account.
If you paid using a card, refunds will be processed back to the same card once the returned item is received.
If you choose to return an item due to a change of mind, a shipping cost of AED 20 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping charges.
If the item delivered is damaged or not as described (incorrect color, size, etc.), Sky Cashmere will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement as per your preference.

Return Procedure: 
If you choose to return an order, inform our customer services department at +971527730905 (WhatsApp) or email us at skycashmere.ae@hotmail.com, clearly stating the reason for the return. Return the item(s) in their original packaging.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our Sky Cashmere UAE Online warehouse. Items not in their original state will not be considered for return.

 

Damaged or Opened Parcel: 
Customers are advised not to accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.
